Established in 2015, RYE Advocate is a small consulting company based in Canberra. RYE Advocate develops consumer focussed models of care based on evidence, with a specific focus on targeted interventions that meet the needs of hard-to-reach groups. We build community capacity and engagement with services.
RYE Advocate has a particular interest in working with clients and carers living in rural, regional and remote communities of Australia. RYE Advocate currently has one senior consulting staff member. For some projects other companies and contractors are invited to contribute specialist expertise and partner with RYE Advocate to form a team of professional consultants tailored to the project needs of the client.
RYE Advocate is able to maintain knowledge of best practice and use data and stakeholder feedback to generate solutions and design interventions to improve population health. The services offered by RYE Advocate are effective and efficient in determining and meeting community needs and government requirements.

Cecilia has a background in teaching, farming, natural resource management, psychology, primary health care senior management and board membership. Committed to a culture of continuous learning and improvement, Cecilia ensures that her skills and knowledge remain current.
Cecilia has proven experience in service design and redesign and in leading culture and systems change. Cecilia and her team work with data and evidence to generate solutions and design interventions. Through her professional career Cecilia has consistently formed strong strategic partnerships through consultation and collaboration.
